OUR ROOMS
We want our guests feel at home and we take care of all details
Large 30 mq and bright rooms, private entrance a comfortable double bed, a private terrace for an intimate stay. Each has a private bathroom with shower, sink, toilet and bidet. It finds place a three-seater sofa and it becomes a bed for the third guest, it turns into a bunk bed for the fourth guest. Two rooms for four people, one room for three people. Independent entrance, each room is well separated from the other rooms, private dehor space is equipped with a table and sun-bed, to enjoy and fully experience the Sicilian typical relax feeling

TERMS AND CONDITIONS
50% deposit non refundable payment, upon reservation via: Paypal, Bancomat Pay, Bank Transfer, final payment same terms of payment
No Credit card on site.
Additional Services: Yoga lessons and Massage on site, Boat and guides torus, bike rental, Horse riding to be booked before arrival, services arranged thanks to local cooperations.
Cancellation policy:
No DEPOSIT payment refund.
In case of no-show full payment is required.
Tourist Tax: € 2.00 per person per day, extra, subject to changes by the institution
Rates include:
*Linen, wi-fi, tv, electric station with moka and water kettle, hairdrayer, fridge bar, air conditioning, heating.
*Breakfast of the house: cake of the day, fresh natural juice, seasonal and regional products, tastings of savory products, for specific dietary please to be agreed before arrival.
*Rearrangement of the room, every other day.
*Outside private space with use of table and sun beds, areas of common use, panoramic terrace.
Welcome Check in: meeting time to be agreed, up to 3 p.m..
Check out: within 10:30 a.m..
ECOFRIENDLY - linen change policy:
For stays longer than 7 nights, towels and linen will be changed the fourth day of stay.
